Has this happened to anyone else? Am I crazy or is someone gaining access to this info? I go through my emails and don’t see all emails stating my account being credited for the charges shown. If I challenge it then of course Chumba will close my account because they state any amount that is challenged is immediate account closure. I wait to see if they’ll come off after pending and they don’t. I will do a $20 package, maybe two packages but it shows more.
I’ve questioned it before cause I feel like more charges were made than what I spent.
